A Bit About Me

With over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and families through life’s toughest moments, I’m deeply committed to helping people reclaim their sense of well-being after trauma, grief, or loss. My work isn’t just about surviving—it’s about thriving, no matter what life has thrown your way.

I specialize in integrating mental wellness with everyday life, helping clients build sustainable change that lasts. Whether you’re navigating personal loss, trauma recovery, or just looking to move forward, I’m here to help you find your path. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, client-centered care, and I customize every session to meet your needs. From deep conversations to creative tools like yoga and art, we’ll explore whatever works best to unlock healing and growth.

I’m also passionate about mentoring others in the field and have been providing clinical supervision since 2021 to students, Registered Psychotherapists, and Social Workers. I specialize in complex trauma, interpersonal violence, family court, and child protection, and I take pride in supporting the next generation of trauma professionals.

With a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from Alma College, a M.S.W. from the University of Michigan, and registration as a Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers, I bring a wealth of education and real-world expertise to every session. But what really sets me apart is my ability to help people access their full emotional range, embrace the healing process, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
